Aquenta Consulting has been commissioned to provide Independent Estimating services in relation to the alliance procurement and TOC development phases of the North Strathfield Underpass project; part of the Northern Sydney Freight Corridor Program. The multi-million dollar project is one of the most complex rail projects undertaken in New South Wales for a number of years.
