Aquenta entrusted with tender process in landmark project

The Golding consortia have entrusted Aquenta Consulting to develop the complete construction estimate for the tender proposal for the Wiggins Island Coal Terminal Project in Gladstone.

A landmark project for the area, with an approximate value of between $200m and $300m, the scope includes 3,000,000m³ of earthworks and preload, 50,000m³ of structural concrete, 4 x 900m long reclaim tunnels and 2,500m coal conveyor/stackers.

Offering capacity of 25MT per annum, the Wiggins Island Coal Terminal project is anticipated to complete within a two year period.
