The Project
The advent of the Gold Coast Football Club brought with it an opportunity to create a new 25,000 capacity home ground for the team and all purpose stadium that could host other professional sporting events in South East Queensland. The project involved the re-development of the existing stadium located in the Carrara Sports Complex on the Gold Coast.
Our Involvement
We were engaged as the Audit Quantity Surveyor with responsibility for Cost Planning, Bills of Quantities and Contract Administration throughout the project.
The Outcome
The project will be completed in 2011.
