Our Involvement
The team were appointed to assist with the implementation, progress tracking and effectiveness measurement of business improvement projects within Caltex Manufacturing. From the development of plans that could ensure delivery against pre-set timelines through to budgeting and forecasting, outcomes were optimised, and a demonstrated reduction in time and cost was quantified.
The Outcome
Delivery of the planned benefits of the project ensured costs remained consistently under budget.
