The Project

At present,  the only north-south rail corridor in eastern Australia runs from Melbourne to Albury, and then to Sydney, then along the coastline to Brisbane. Aquenta Consulting were engaged as part of the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) team to provide independent estimating services for the proposed 1731 kilometre rail line.

The Outcome

The proposal was completed and published in July 2010.
