Mission Australia Project Portfolio Management

Mission Australia’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is the centralised management of processes, methods and technologies used by its offices to analyse and collectively manage current or proposed projects based on numerous key characteristics and a wide range of stakeholders.

Our involvement

Aquenta’s project planning and risk management support provided Mission Australia’s project managers and staff with the capabilities needed to manage time, resources, skills and budgets necessary to accomplish all interrelated tasks; while assessing risks and opportunities proactively.

A framework was also developed for issue resolution and risk mitigation, as well as centralised visibility to help planning and scheduling teams to identify the fastest, cheapest and most suitable approach to deliver projects and programs across the country.

The outcome
