Cerebral Palsy Alliance Headquarters

The new Cerebral Palsy Alliance Headquarters at Allambie Heights became a necessity following a tragic fire at the site in late 2007 which destroyed the Alliance’s existing facilities. The new centre now provides much needed modern support facilities including therapy facilities, counselling rooms, and sports and physiotherapy areas for children and adults with cerebral palsy, and their families, along with housing the offices for the Alliance’s administrative services.

Our involvement

Aquenta  was engaged to provide initial cost plans and manage the inception of the design in 2009 with involvement until project completion in 2012. Aquenta also formed part of the major fire insurance claim process assessing the building and contents replacement cost of the fire damage and negotiating with the insurance company to reach an amicable outcome for the Client.
