Aquenta was engaged to provide cost planning services during concept, schematic, developed and contract documentation design stages. During the tender stage we reviewed tender returns. During construction stage we managed the financial status of the project including cash flows, reviewing and recommending progress claims, reviewing variation claims and preparing cost monitoring reports.

Due to the nature of the services being housed in the building, understanding the security requirements of the project and ensuring these were captured in the cost plan for the fitout was critical. Ultimately, the project was completed to a high level of quality and on time and within budget.
