Aquenta was engaged to provide budget formation, cost plan development, provision of cost advice for FF&E, cashflow forecasting and monthly cost reporting for the project. Our major objective was to complete a Detailed Business Case Estimate for Stage 1 of the proposed redevelopment, ensuring that the proposed options comply with the recently completed Clinical Services Plan and the budget was maintained through Design Development until Tender. Cost Plans (A to D) were developed at various stages of Design Development.

The contract was successfully let to Richard Crookes Construction below budget and we maintained our involvement through to a successful on time and on budget completion in July 2015.
Upon completion of this project, Aquenta secured a cost management contract for Stage 2 of the Hornsby Hospital Redevelopment.
