Aquenta was engaged to provide pre and post contract cost management services. This included assessment of pool installation options and negotiation with the lowest tenderer to incorporate an increased scope of works. We ensured that variations were agreed promptly throughout the contract and that cost reports were issued regularly to accurately reflect the projected final account. Our team also provided post contract to complete an asset management plan. This exercise included providing both a 30-year capital replacement plan and maintenance plan for the facility.

The project reached practical completion in November 2014 and was delivered on time and within budget. The asset management plan accurately represents the final account and will be used by Council for projecting future funding needs.
