Aquenta was engaged to provide cost estimating services and tender analysis at the initial stage of the overall precinct, and has since extended services to include estimating the commercial lots, and surf lifesaving club and beach services building. As the project progresses, our team will be available to assist with further services as required.
Aquenta was engaged to provide cost estimating and cost management services. Aquenta is currently undertaking cost management services including variation assessments, progress payment recommendations, financial reporting and value engineering. Aquenta is working closely with the project team during the value engineering process to assess value for money while the project team ensures final choices provide the best project outcome.
With project completion expected in March 2018 a number of areas are still under construction. Major milestones which have been completed include opening of the northern lower car park, relocation of the clock tower and opening of the transit hub.
