Aquenta was engaged by SIBT to investigate current practice in light of a number of key priorities, namely procuring a new building project contract (construction & fit-out) to replace a soon-to-be out of date arrangement, consolidating other ‘ad-hoc’ type building services, property and facilities management ,and developing better data for supporting funding requests. At the time, SIBT had no property or FM strategy in place for the site.

Aquenta completed a strategic gap analysis against best practice and recommended a number of improvements and models for consideration. A business case was completed allowing SIBT to select its best case option for improvement.
Two of the main drivers were the alignment of property related decisions with SIBT Education’s business strategy and maintaining the presentation and operating conditions of the building in order to attract students.
