Aquenta Consulting was engaged to conduct strategic Facilities Management (FM) modelling for maintenance and FM services. This included developing the model, preparing the specification, managing the procurement process, evaluation and award including managing transition and integration of internal & external FM teams.
Procurement of FM Services.
The project was undertaken on a very tight timeframe. Aquenta managed to achieve this, comply with the university’s processes and successfully implement an outsourced service provider, to meet the university’s timeframe and requirements. Aquenta was retained to manage the integration of the teams.
