Aquenta was engaged to provide full time scheduling support to the program of works for a 16-month period. Our responsibilities included development and maintenance of full lifecycle project schedules for all TAP Projects; development and issue of program reports to key stakeholders and management; contractor management in terms of evaluating actual progress on site, evaluating progress claims, EOT and Delay Claim analysis; and development and reporting on both program wide and project specific cash flows.
The management of such a large number of concurrent projects was made possible through the development of typical process program templates which were then customised for each project. Project management key milestone reports were developed to assist Project Managers in keeping track of the key milestones for the works they were delivering. Our scheduling service ensured that a centralised and reliable source of project schedule information was provided thus ensuring consistency in information delivery. We also assisted in developing reporting templates that delivered meaningful information across a wide variety of projects.
